Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.
Returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
- Final sale items cannot be returned unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you
Please be careful when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Refunds must be previously elaborated via e-mail to support@lemiha.net , starting from the day the purchased item arrived
Products may be returned with all couriers, at the customer’s discretion. Each return shipment is charged to the customer.

Prior to the return, an email must be sent to support@lemiha.net, specifying the order number, full name of the customer, and the items the latter wishes to return. if everything is compliant to our return policy, the latter will be elaborated.
LEMIHA is not responsible in case of damage, loss or theft of the returned parcel.
Every parcel where it is not possible to trace the customer name, surname and order number, will not be accepted.
REFUND
Once the items arrive to our headquarters, we will verify if all the requirements have been respected. We will contact the customer only if the items are not compliant to our return policy.
Refunds will be elaborated with the payment method used by the customer, within 15 days from the quality check.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
In case of refunds from abroad, any custom fees are charged to the customer.
